Passwords are not required for the Basic and Premium packages, however they are required for the Gold plan. Account names (*****@email.com) are required for all packages.
The Premium Plan is our most popular plan. It provides protection for an average number of Email and Social Media accounts In addition to a Memorial page.
If you have a large number of Email or Social media accounts the Gold package would be a better fit.
If your needs are more modest we recommend either the Basic Security or Basic Memorial Plans depending on your needs.
Choose the package you want.
Go to the forms page and click on the form for your package.
Fill the form out completely and submit it.
We will send you a confirmation once we receive your order along with your invoice.
With our Basic and Premium Packages, once we receive required documentation, and payment. We contact the Service providers and have the Accounts Deleted. Actual deletion time varies depending on how busy the service provider is, and is not within our control.
With Gold Packages, Once we receive the required documentation and passwords along with payment, we will begin downloading the accounts and/or deleting them depending on your selection.
Once we receive your order a confirmation email will be sent along with an invoice.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
The invoice will contain a credit/debit pay link.
The initial Memorial Period is 14 Days . You are able to extend it through the Memorial site for $7/month or $99/lifetime
For Memorials we strive for a 48hr/72hr turn around. Once we receive everything.
Account security will be started once we receive the Death Certificate and Account Information. Completion time for is dependent on the respective service providers.

Once we complete the memorial we will send you a email with the confirmation details , this will include:
The email account linked to the memorial along with the password.
The Account name and password for the Memorial itself.
We encourage you to change both passwords.
Once you receive our confirmation email you will be the sole administrator of the Memorial.
You may share the details with another family member or friend to act as co-administrators if you wish.
You will be able to change details, add photos and moderate comments.
You will also be able to extend the Memorial if you wish.
If your documents will not load they can be sent by email to the.online.executor@gmail.com . Please include the name of the deceased in the subject line ie. Death Certificate for *name*.
That's ok, without Passwords you are still able to use the Basic and Premium Plans. Passwords are only required for Gold and Custom Plans
A death will usually be Registered by the Funeral Home or Service Provider. Generally a family member will complete the Registration of Death form.
A death must be registered for a Certificate to be provided.
Once the death is registered a Death Certificate may be ordered from a Registry office . Certificates can be ready in as little as a few days to as much as a few weeks depending on how you apply and what courier methods you select.
